STAGE 2: During the Move
If you decide to buy, you can be in your new home as quick as 0 to 45 days. Or, we'll help you make arrangements for temporary housing. There are several apartments that rent on a month-to-month basis. Once you're ready to get serious, we'll sit down and lay out a plan based on your situation. Together, we'll line up homes that fit YOUR CRITERIA. No need to drive all over town wasting valuable time looking at the wrong houses. No doubt, if you're like most families, your primary concern would be school systems, neighborhoods, and homes that have a good chance of appreciating in value. Since I will act as your Buyer Agent, I will insure that your interests are protected. In other words, I'll cover your back. There is no extra charge for this service. 
 
STAGE 3: After the Move
I promised you that I would put a bit of "FUN" in the move. Let's reward
